  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 sandwich rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over it. Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl; sprinkle it over the chicken.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
