  • 1½ lb seafood (shrimp and crab meat)
  • 1 lb pasta
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • â…“ cup sour cream
  • 23 tsp honey
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 3 celery ribs
  • Fresh dill
  • Lemon

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Poach the seafood with lemon slices, garlic, peppercorns, and salt until just cooked; remove with a slotted spoon and rinse under cold water.
  3. Cook the pasta in the same pot until al dente; drain and cool under cold water.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, lemon juice, dill, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta, diced vegetables, poached seafood, and dressing; toss to combine.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving or serve immediately.
