Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 12–15 frozen potstickers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup spinach or bok choy
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili oil or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken or vegetable broth, soy sauce, and optional rice vinegar. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Carefully add frozen potstickers and cook for 5–7 minutes until heated through. Stir in mushrooms and spinach during the last few minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional chili oil before serving.
  5. Serve hot garnished with chopped green onions.
