  • 2 cups green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 celery stalk (thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion, celery, and cabbage; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  4. Stir in minced garlic; cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Combine cooked noodles with the vegetables; pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce (if using), brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  6. Stir-fry all ingredients together for another 2–3 minutes until well-coated and heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper as desired; serve hot.
