  • 2 cups uncooked orzo pasta

  • 5 oz baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 68 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium-high heat, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, then set aside.
