  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté the seasoned chicken cubes until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer for about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted, then return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Incorporate cooked pasta into the skillet until evenly combined.
