  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese (finely shredded)
  • 1 ½ cups Monterey Jack cheese (finely shredded)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam the cauliflower florets until fork-tender (about 10 minutes), then drain well.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking dish.
