  • 1 cup bagged coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup lettuce (thinly sliced)
  • 2 pickles (diced)
  • ¼ cup radishes (thinly sliced)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 10 inch whole wheat tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp grainy dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare chicken tenders using your preferred air fryer recipe.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and white vinegar to create the honey mustard sauce.
  3. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, lettuce, pickles, radishes, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle ¾ of the honey mustard sauce over the mixture.
  4. To assemble each wrap: place half of the veggie mixture on a tortilla, add two chicken strips, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and drizzle more sauce on top.
