  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1/3 cup pepperoncinis peppers, drained
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 heaping cup grape tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions in boiling water until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Add cooked tortellini to the dressing along with drained pepperoncinis, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, and sliced tomatoes. Gently fold until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
