  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 35 cloves garlic
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mince the garlic and prepare the carrots by washing, peeling, and cutting them into 1-2 inch pieces.
  3. Melt the salted butter in the microwave.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrots, melted butter, minced garlic, and honey; toss until well coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it with cooking oil spray. Spread the coated carrots evenly across the sheet.
