  • 1 cup celery (chopped or French style green beans)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 6 oz French's fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped celery, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayo, and cream of chicken soup until well mixed.
  3. Fold in chopped chicken and slivered almonds until evenly coated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle French's fried onions on top; return to bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
