  • 8 oz lobster meat
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan Reggiano cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt ½ tablespoon of butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add lobster and crab meat; cook for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked seafood with cream cheese and ½ cup mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and cool slightly.
  4. In the skillet, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook for 1 minute. Gradually add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan and remaining mozzarella until smooth.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread some cheese sauce in a baking dish. Fill each shell with the seafood mixture and place in the dish. Pour remaining sauce over shells.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil; bake an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
