  • 1 ¾ cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).

  8. Bake for about 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the sheet for about five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
