  • 1 lb Large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Salmon, cubed
  • 12 oz Mafaldine Pasta (or pasta of choice)
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Avocado Oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Herb Paste
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning, to taste
  • Old Bay, to taste
  • Smoked Paprika, to taste
  • Salt-Free Cajun Seasoning, to taste
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  1. Season shrimp and salmon with lemon pepper, Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika.
  2. In a large skillet with avocado oil, cook salmon for 2 minutes per side; remove.
  3. Add more oil to the skillet; cook shrimp until pink and opaque.
  4. Prepare sauce by sautéing butter, garlic paste, tomato paste, and herb paste before adding heavy cream. Simmer until thickened; stir in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Boil pasta until al dente, then combine with sauce in the skillet.
  6. Serve topped with cooked seafood and garnish.
