  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm milk and sugar; stir in yeast and let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the yeast mixture with softened butter, salt, egg, and flour until combined.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm area for about 45 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape; spread softened butter over it.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon, and blueberries evenly on top.
  8. Roll tightly from one edge and cut into pieces; place in the baking dish with space between each roll.
