  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • Bang Bang Sauce: mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, lime juice

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Mix until smooth and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Season the turkey with soy sauce, salt, and pepper; stir well to combine.
  5. Add chopped red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli to the skillet; cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in half of the bang bang sauce.
  7. Serve by placing cooked jasmine rice in bowls, topping with turkey mixture, and drizzling remaining sauce over each bowl.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
