  • 8 large slices chicken
  • 8 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Bring refrigerated pizza dough to room temperature for easier rolling.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray an 8 x 8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 16" x 8".
  4. Layer chicken slices and cheese evenly on the dough.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 9 even pieces.
